"Mike was awesome and has great plumbing skills! After arriving to install our bidet toilet he had to leave to find a part for the water valve as the one that came with the new toilet wouldn’t work. He did an outstanding job of installing the bidet toilet. Bidet toilets are not common in the US, so there’s not a lot of experienced folks that know the nuances to install and set them up, but Mike knocked out out of the park and we are very happy with the install."

"He had a friendly smile the moment I opened the door. I tend to banter and he went with it, great attitude. I explained the issues we were having and he immediately checked the pipe leading from house to septic. It turned out to be a septic issue (which I knew ahead of time the company doesn’t service). He didn’t charge me for the 5 minutes of chatter and that was that. Even though the issue wasn’t something Dustin could get into, I still appreciate his customer service and friendly attitude. Definitely keeping this company on the fridge for future plumbing calls."
