"We have used Mills Heating and Air to service our units installed by the contractor since we built our home in 2012. Recently, our upstairs HVAC unit began having problems. Mills came out and gave us a quote to repair. I also asked for a quote to replace. Lance came out same day on his way home to get us a replacement quote. We decided to replace/upgrade the unit. While awaiting the few days for supplies to arrive for our replacement, Lance kept in touch with us and worked with us to keep our older unit working so we could remain comfortable while waiting on replacement. He also came by the day before install with the installation manager to go over the process and answer any questions we had. On the day of replacement, after confirming it was OK with us, a team of 5-7 arrived earlier than scheduled. Various teams came and went throughout the day and the entire process was completed the same day. The team went over how to operate the new system and answered all our questions. Everyone was extremely courteous, respectful and cautious. Lance checked in with the team throughout the day and then came by a couple of days later to go over everything with us again. I would rate the entire process 10 out of 10 and Mills will be the company replacing our downstairs unit when the time comes. This level of professionalism and service seems to be harder to find these days but Mills is the exception."
