"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The reception staff were professional, and the housekeeping team was excellent—everything was clean and they were extremely helpful. All of the restaurant staff were wonderful, especially Arely, Crystal, and Johni, as well as everyone working behind the scenes in the kitchen. The lazy river pool was clean and well maintained. Although it is not heated, we were lucky to visit during the warmest Christmas ever, which allowed us to fully enjoy the outdoor pool. Thank you all for creating such an incredible and memorable experience for us."

"Pros- 10/10 we loved this hotel, and the staff! Huge shoutout to Kerry-Ann, she was amazing!! The kids loved her!! She took care of everything! Also loved Rush and others! she was so helpful at breakfast! And the breakfast? The best! We travel a lot…. And that was by far the best breakfast!!! We LOVED the balcony view!!! And steps away from the relaxing beach! And the bar had great drinks! Cons- the pool area needs a little updating and a few things fixed and patched. One of our kiddos cut her foot on one of the broken vents in the pool. The hot tub bubbles weren’t working. And the dinner staff and food wasn’t great. Had issues with something every time we sat for dinner.. but Kerry-Ann fixed alllllllll complications (we are going to miss her! )and made the experience AMAZING!!!! But everything thing else was amazing we can’t wait to be back!!"

"The staff was definitely the highlight of the visit. Crystal, Jonni, Arely, and Rush were consistently friendly and helpful, and their effort made a noticeable difference in the stay. Kerry-Ann at the front desk greeted me upon arrival and got me checked in quickly despite it being late and having booked 2 rooms. Everyone has been wonderful and attentive without being overbearing. I really appreciated the level of service they provided. My stay at this hotel was overall great, though there were a few things that kept it from being incredible. The rooms were clean and the views were genuinely nice, which I appreciated. The breakfast, despite being a buffet, was fresher than expected and had a fair amount of variety. The power for the elevators went out for a few hours and the wifi did as well. However, it honestly didn't affect me but I'm not dependent on those services. I can walk stairs and my phone has internet. The construction at the entrance was a bit annoying as you're coming off of 98, but simple enough to navigate through. At the end of it, I would absolutely still recommend staying here and I wouldn't hesitate to come back."
